Cauliflower Potato Hash

1/2# sweet turkey sausage
2 T EVOO
3/4# cauliflower cut into small florets (3c)
1 med onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 T butter
s/p
1 idaho potatoes, peeled, boiled, broken into 1" pieces
1/4 t ground cumin

Slit sausage casings and scrape meat into bowl. Heat oil over med and cook meat, stirring about 7 mins. Add vegs (not potatoes), butter, sp, cont cooking until browned. About 30 mins. Add potatoes, cumin and cook 15 mins more.
