Winter week of Rotisserie Chicken MENU

Sat - 1/31 - Quiches, bread
Sun - 2/1 - Zuppa Osso Buco, bread Mon - 2/2 - Roast 3 big chickens for the rest of week....
Mon-Roast Greek Chicken dinner + orzo with parmesan + frozen vegs
Tues - 2/3 - Moroccan Stew + Couscous - use the chicken
Wed - 2/4 - White Chili, Cornbread + Salad - use the chicken (freeze/take to Hope on Fri am)
Thurs - 2/5 - Sausage Festival + pasta - use the chicken (take to Hope on Fri am)
Fri - 2/6 - King Ranch casserole + salad - use the chicken (take to Hope on Sat am)
Sat - 2/9 - Amish Chicken Noodle Casserole - use the chicken
