Rotisserie Scallops (Wildtree)

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound sea scallops
  • 2 teaspoons Wildtree Scampi Blend 
  • 2 teaspoons Wildtree Rotisserie Chicken Blend
  • 3 tablespoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
  • 1/2 cup flour, all purpose

ReturnPREPARATION:

Combine Scampi Blend, Rotisserie Chicken Blend, and flour in a bowl and mix well. Add scallops and coat evenly with flour mixture. Sauté the scallops in Grapeseed Oil until brown on both sides.
